Zipcar is offering a chance to get free membership for a year in 13 cities. Participants (assuming you've been approved as a safe driver) will get their first year's annual and application fees waived, and driving credit (along with a "car-free" survival kit filled with goodies from our sponsors) for the duration of the program. The offer is available to participants in the following areas: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, London, New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Portland, San Francisco, Seattle, Toronto, Vancouver, and Washington, DC. You need to fill an application.
