Weekend Quote from a Book - Truly Rich People |
Trey and Jim share something else in common. Both feel it is important to be recognized by their respective industry's trade associations as winners. Conversely, they understand it is meaningless to be recognized and envied by strangers for a watch. Their badges of honor and success are not about inciting watch envy in others. They are rich and don't need to flaunt it to everyone they come in contact with on a daily basis. However, they both admit that it is very satisfying being rich, and they relish their industry awards and recognition. Of the millionaires surveyed who do wear expensive watches, half received them as gifts.
