  There's a man alive today enjoying life and health who probably would have died from lung cancer if he hadn't listened to one of my messages and made a decision. He and his wife left church that morning and decided they were going to tithe. They looked at the money they had and they said, 'There's no way we can get by'. But then he looked at his wife, and she looked at him and said, 'If we tithe, the only way we can get by is if we cut something out of our life that we're spending money on now.' He replied, 'But there's nothing we're spending money on that we can cut out.' She said, 'Unless we quit smoking.'

They quit smoking and he later shared with me, 'I believe that God has prospered me by tithing, and He has probably protected both my wife and me from lung cancer.'
